Meet Maggie
Maggie is the proud owner of 618 EVENTS. She has been working in the event planning industry since 2015. Her love for people, spreadsheets, and details brought her to this dream job. As her client, you can rest assured that you have a coordinator who truly cares about you and your event needs! It is a joy to look over and see you with the biggest smile on your face, completely enjoying the event with friends and guests.
In her spare time Maggie enjoys making her son laugh (William joined the fam summer 2022!), going for a bike ride or run, having meaningful conversations with others, and playing with her cutie Golden-doodle.
Meet Jackie
Jackie joined the team in 2023 and is a proud 618 EVENTS planner. Her passion and creativity for planning and executing events is what led her to pursue event planning back in 2012. She enjoys orchestrating events of any kind and helping you celebrate what is important to you! Jackie’s here to help alleviate the stress of your event so you can soak in and enjoy every moment of it!
Jackie loves hosting and throwing parties for her kids and friends: you aced a test? Throwing a party. Your fav tv show has a premiere? Throwing a party. Jackie also enjoys taking care of her chickens and playing board games.

Why the name? Pronounced “Six One Eight” EVENTS. Numbers meaning the first three digits of Champaign-Urbana zip codes, and Maggie’s wedding anniversary on June 18.
