Party PLANNER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Our fees include the agreed upon planning and coordinating services such as outlined above. Basically, a lot of emails and really organized spreadsheets to ensure every detail is taken care of. The fees do not include any extra purchases such as decorations, food, a tent, etc. Anything outside of our planning services will be an additional cost to you.

  • We don’t provide food, a venue, decorations, photography, etc. However we know professionals in each of those areas that you can hire at an additional cost. 618 EVENTS helps you by coordinating all the details with those other professional vendors, but we don’t provide those products.

  • Yes! This is included with our packages however you can also download our list of central Illinois recommended vendors for FREE.

  • We charge $80 per hour with a minimum fee of $2,000. The total all depends on where the event is taking place, how many people will attend, what our role is, and what is happening at the party. We highly recommend scheduling a consultation to determine the most accurate quote.

  • Anything! Any party you want to host we will be your hype girls! We have experience planning open houses, graduation parties, baby showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, plus more. We have also planned some of life’s more difficult events such as funerals and celebrations of life.

  • Yes! We are absolutely your go-to bridal shower or baby shower event planner. You get to be showered with love and gifts while we take care of running the games or cleaning up the decorations.

  • Yes! We love to see your gathering through from start to finish to ensure every detail is taken care of. That way you can sit back and enjoy the day from start to finish.
